Our Vision

Beyond Oil’s vision goes far beyond providing a solution for individual restaurants or foodservice operators. Our long-term vision is for advanced standards governing the quality and management of frying oil to become mandatory and widely adopted by countries and regulatory authorities around the world.

The adoption of such standards could have a significant impact on public health by contributing to a reduction in morbidity associated with the potential harmful effects of fried foods prepared with reused and degraded frying oil.
